At shalom Community Support Services we provide both supported living and floating support for adults from the age of 18 who have mild, moderate, or severe learning disabilities and or mental health problems, autism and other conditions who sometimes display behaviour that other people may find challenging.
We support, enable and empower people to live their lives to the full.

Opening Hours

  • We are open 24/7 There is always a member of staff on call

The support plan will comprise of the following

  • Contract list and psychiatric history of the tenant
  • Their support plan
  • Identified needs care plan
  • Professional support, thus GP, CPN, social worker and psychiatrist input
  • Daily communication entries
  • Regular reviews involving all disciplines working with the tenant.
Each tenant will be provided with their own private double bedroom. Each of our bedrooms is well decorated and may be personalised. Some bedrooms are ensuite.  We strive to provide our tenants with the responsibility of having a well looked after room to promote their sense of responsibility and ownership. The house has unlimited Wi-Fi and Sky television for our tenants to use in their free time. Read More
Prospective tenants are referred to the organisation by a range of professional workers within the community such as community psychiatric nurse (CPN), social workers, GP’s, psychiatrists, hospitals and day centres. Read More
